Cleaning Services:
Chalets are serviced daily by the Housekeeping Team, with the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional towel and bed linen changes can be arranged at a nominal fee; kindly inform Reception.

Noise Policy:
Please keep noise levels respectful at all times, with quiet hours from 20:00, and refrain from loud music or disruptive sounds to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

We welcome families and have the following guidelines in place for children staying with us: Infants (0 – 2 years): Stay free of charge. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own cots. Children (3 – 12 years): Accommodated on existing beds or sleeper couches, where available. Discounted child rates apply. Children 13 years and older: Charged at the full adult rate and accommodated on existing beds. Please note that bedding arrangements depend on the room type booked and may vary. For any special requests or further clarification, feel free to contact our reservations team.
